Are you a passionate educator ready to make a lasting impact on a close-knit country community?
Randstad Education is proud to partner with a vibrant, faith-filled Primary School in the heart of the Riverina/Goldfields region. We are seeking a dedicated Rel. Education Coordinator (REC) to join their leadership team. This is more than just a teaching job; it’s an opportunity to shape the spiritual heartbeat of a school known for its warmth, history, and commitment to excellence.
The Lifestyle: Leave the city traffic behind! Enjoy a shorter commute, a lower cost of living, and the authentic "country change" lifestyle.
Financial Rewards: In addition to a competitive base salary, this role attracts a significant Coordinator Allowance.
The Community: Work in a school that feels like family, where you are a highly respected member of the local town.
As the RE Coordinator, you will work closely with the Principal and the local Parish to nurture the spiritual dimension of the school. Your day-to-day will involve:
Educational Leadership: Mentoring K-6 teachers in high-impact RE pedagogy.
Faith Leadership: Coordinating school liturgies, prayer life, and sacramental programs.
Community Building: Creating strong links between the school, families, and the wider Parish community.
Classroom Excellence: Modelling best-practice teaching as an exemplary classroom practitioner.
Faith Commitment: A practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to the Catholic ethos and the ability to foster it in others.
Leadership Spark: Experience (or the clear potential) to lead curriculum development and inspire a team.
Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualifications and NESA registration (or eligibility).
Adaptability: A "learner mindset" and an interest in inquiry-based teaching models.
Located at the crossroads of the Newell and Mid-Western Highways, West Wyalong offers the perfect blend of heritage charm and modern convenience. Whether you’re into local sports, exploring nature, or enjoying the thriving local cafes, you’ll find a sense of belonging here that city life just can’t match.
